Service members and family members seeking mental health services have the option to utilize Tricare medical benefits to obtain services. Active duty soldiers and/or family members covered under Tricare Prime will have no out-of-pocket expenses associated with outpatient mental health services. Active duty soldiers will have to obtain an authorization for themselves. Members covered under other Tricare Programs will be subject to a deductible or copay.

Active duty service members and their families may also qualify for short-term counseling through the Beacon EAP program. To utilize this benefit, contact Military One Source at 1-800-342-9647 and ask for a referral to our agency.
