What type of evaluations do we offer? Mental Health Evaluations, Psychological Evaluations Psychosexual Evaluations, Parental Fitness Evaluations, Substance Abuse Evaluations, Bonding Assessments, and Developmental Evaluations. If you have specific needs please let us know as we have expertise and training in all nature of evaluations, with exceptions of psychiatric and neurological evaluations.

Do you provide ABA services? No

What are the ages you accept for therapy? 5 years-old and older

Can I schedule services for an adult friend or family member? If the client is 18 years of age or older, the client must call and schedule appointments themselves.

Does insurance cover evaluations or services that are court ordered? No. A price is given after client information is obtained and/or court order is provided.

What type of therapy do you offer? Our therapists provide a wide range of therapeutic approaches to address various issues, adapting their methods to meet the unique needs of each client. Some of the common types of therapy offered include:

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies.

2. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring one’s hope for the future to find quicker resolutions of one’s problems.

3. Narrative Therapy: Encourages clients to become their own storytellers, helping them to separate themselves from their problems and to recognize their inherent values and skills.

4. Family Systems Therapy: Looks at family dynamics and patterns to heal relationships and foster a supportive family environment.

5. Psychoeducation: Involves teaching individuals about their condition, including ways to cope, which can be particularly helpful in cases of anxiety, depression, and psychotic disorders.

6. Motivational Interviewing: Aims to resolve ambivalence and encourage change through eliciting and solidifying the client’s own motivation and commitment.

7. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR): Utilizes mindfulness meditation to help reduce stress and cope with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and other conditions.

8. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): A unique form of psychotherapy designed to diminish negative feelings associated with memories of traumatic events.

Do you provide fit for duty evaluations? Yes

Do you provide bariatric surgery mental health evaluations covered by insurance? No, however with the requesting doctors documentation and approval of our clinical staff we can provide a price.

Can you bill me after I am seen? Payments are due at the time services are rendered.

Why do I pay out of pocket although I have two insurances? Do you have a deductible to meet for either insurance? If the answer is yes, chances are you will pay out of pocket until it is met. If you have a secondary CMO of Caresource, Peachstate, or Amerigroup this will not apply to you. If you are still unsure you can call your insurance company or our front desk to assist.

How does this process work? Unfamiliar with how to get started, what the intake entails, and how the therapeutic process works. Here to help. Our front staff will get you scheduled with the best fit for you and your family. During the intake the provider will obtain background information and explain the therapeutic process.

How much are sessions when you do not have insurance? As of 06/01/2024, Private pay Initial appointments are $125. Follow-up sessions that are conducted for 30 minutes or less are $65 and follow-up sessions that are 30-60 minutes are $100.00.

Where can I get a copy of my report if it was court ordered or completed through DFCS We are not allowed to not release reports that are court ordered or completed through the Department of Family and Children Services. Should you like a copy, you will need to reach out to your case manager, attorney, or the judge.
